- Magic shortcuts are available.
- Timer is available (without music).
- Embedded content (such as YouTube videos, Spotify links, and Canva designs) won’t work offline.
- These elements appear as placeholders and load once you reconnect.

## Turn off offline presentation

1. From the homepage, hover over the design that you want to disable for offline presentation.
2. Click the **More** icon.
3. Select **Turn off offline presenting.**

## How to setup offline design permissions

Canva Enterprise, Canva for Districts, and Canva for Campus administrators can set the permission for offline presenting.
By default, the feature is set to **Everyone**. To change offline design permissions:

1. From the homepage, go to **Settings**.
2. Select the **Permissions** tab.
3. From the Offline section > Who can use offline designs, select **Admins only** or **Everyone.**

Keep **Everyone** selected if you want everyone on your team to use offline presentations.
